After the death of her husband, Judith takes her cousin Ruth on a road trip to outback NSW in her brand new 4WD. After car troubles, endless red roads, strange encounters and an altercation with an emu, Judith and Ruth will end up discovering more about themselves than the outback. This world premiere comedy from Theatre on Chester’s resident playwright Carla Moore, is partially drawn from her memories of relationships, dinner parties and elocution lessons both good and bad.
